How much money do you have and what will you be using it for?

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

Why you shouldn't trust Gpu or Cpu boss Click on this I dare you!

i say mainly because i may try streaming, but im not making any big plans for that.  for now, yes, just gaming.

Well the I7 should be good for streaming games all though you may want to upgrade to 32gb of ram if you are streaming.

I would get rid of those case fans and the dvd writer and get a copy of windows of G2A and with the money you have saved get a I7.

You'll want the case fans with two 290s.

The DVD writer is OP's choice but $20 is a negligible difference

I don't exactly trust G2A to give you a key from a seller that's 100% legit and not some MSDN nonsense that'll end after a few months.

The case does come with fans, if the op wants to have his optical drive then he might as well have it and I would try to find any other cheaper way of getting windows as it is super expensive.

It only comes with two (one front intake, one rear exhaust) which is less then optimal for a rig with two 290s and especially if OP plans to overclock CPU as well.

There's ways of obtaining Windows though... "unofficial" means that OP can consider but obviously legit way is the legal way.

He doesn't need an i7, the i5 will more than likely be enough if he does end up streaming. I would keep the fans, they're good quality, and the static pressure is great to have for directed airflow. Not to mention that they're the most well-rounded fans Noctua has.

Also, I refuse to trust G2A, due to the sketchy past.
