So i'm about to buy acase and so far i've ended up with the 450 and 750d and cant decise wich one to get of if i should get some other case. Im looking for radiator support (240m) and most importantly, all intakes must have removable easy to wash filters and within 170usd ish.

fewer components = 450D

big room, many components = 750D = stealthy

If your having a custom loop and plan to do extra radiators in the future, I'd go with the 750D

But if you're having an AIO cooler, go with the 450D as it looks stupidly empty in the 750D

Two things to consider is that the 750D has more room while the 450D has better front airflow.

For that setup either will work. In either setup even with the bigger 750D things will fit well.

This pretty much sums it up!

The 750D will now have the option to increase airflow in the front by changing the solid front panel to a vented panel.

Stupid of me for not saying that  :P

Yes, that vented panel are going to be available for both the 350D and 750D. Both are now up on our website, just OOS at the moment, because the first batch sold out within the first hour. We will have more, hopefully by next week.

is that panel filtered? and is it easily washable? also how much will it cost?

Yes, it is filtered, but the filter is not removable. You will need to wash the whole panel to clean off the dust trapped in the filter. Also, you can keep the current filter in front of the case while this is also installed.

Yup, that's one of the reasons why we created it, for those who are putting rad in front of their 350D and 750D.

Will it also be an option to be with case when buying, so that I won't need to purchase it seperatly?

At this point, I highly doubt it, due to the fact that we will need to change SKU of the part, which will also translate to changing the assembly procedure. In the end, it has something to do with adding cost to the current production process. Tbh, it's not a bad idea at all, it gives the customers the chance to pick between th two type of front panels before buying the case.
