CPU temps 100c?

Nope, 90 degrees Celsius.

 

Did you try real temp or core temp?  Like I said, the number you are reading from hwmonitor isn't the correct value for monitoring cpu temps.  If you have a quad core you should have 4 different temps, one for each core. For a dual core you would have 2 different temps.

Depending on your motherboard / CPU, HWMonitor may not explicitly have a temperature reading labelled as "CPU", "motherboard", or something like that.

It can be named as "TMPIN1" or "TMPIN2."

 

Post a screenshot of what you see with HWMonitor (like I did below).
