Well if IP changing wasnt legit, it wouldnt be so easy to get yourself an application that does it, now it might be against their Terms of Service but im guessing you'd be paying a monthly fee for netflix so i doubt they have a problem with you giving them your money

ye but i dont know i feel a bit of a crook. I dont know y. it happens to me everytime i do something scetchy. My family gets pissed at me coz i refuce to do anything scetchy.

I used my Belgian Visa for Netflix, so I don't think so.

However, I know Apple checks that in the iTunes Store.

I had a quick scan over the US netflix TOS and i could not see anything that states people outside the US can not use there service on that site.

Guys this is not a big deal what so ever nothing will happen to you as millions of people do it. Netflix dont care there making money.

It seems to be a legally sold product, so I assume it's ok.  It's even incorporated into the torch browser which is a chrome based web browser.  I can't imagine that using it is illegal.
