Best Mid Ranged GPU?

I planning to get this "ASUS Turbo GeForce® GTX 970". Also i looked at the boost clock, base clock, amount of ram (4gb), memory clock, cuda cores, cooling, and the durability. I am very strong towards going for this GPU and sli it. What do you guys think? i like amd but prefer Nvidia. Budget $200 - $400 

 

 

the card looks clean and sexy too. ( i like the looks)

The GTX 970 is a great card, I would do it.
