Lol really? 290 and 290x don't require a bridge. 280 and 280x still do.

True and I do have a crossfire bridge installed and AMD CCC shows that crossfire is enabled

Thanks For trying, I also successfully overclocked my CPU to 4.8 GHz @1.35 Volts with a max temperature Under 100% load with prime 95 burn In test of 60 degrees Celsius. Pretty decent overclock for a first time Intel overclocker. I got my AMD 8320 to 4.8 GHz at about 1.5250 Volts wit a max temp at 100% at 58 degrees Celsius.

Only thing I can think of is to check to make sure you're running in exclusive full screen mode or if the software is loading a profile that doesn't utilize crossfire.

1. Overclock until the magic smoke comes out. 2. Modify until broken. 3. Fix and repeat.
