I am trying to buy a game on steam, but my steam is showing prices in py6 instead of euros.

And when I add a game to my cart and try to buy it, it has a flag I must check saying that I confirm that I am from the Russian federation...

I don't know what is happening...

Have anyone had this issue? How can I fix this?

Are you using a VPN or something?

 

This is because of region locking. What games are you trying to play? It might be that you're trying to buy a game that's not available in Portugal...

No, I am using my default internet connection as always.

I am trying to buy the witcher 1 enhanced edition.

I can use my account to play all the games in my library.

It is when I access the store that the prices are in py6...

Prices showed in euros...

After I logged in, prices went back to py6...

Can't figure out what's happening, but now I am afraid that steam might ban my account or something... Front what I am currently reading online...

Solved.

Had to dig the full desktop steam site.

But managed to change currency to euros and location to Portugal.
