Pretty sure it's not an 840.

They are the MZ-7TD afaik.

Edit: Just found out that it is actually a 840, but not an Evo. It's a 840 Pro.

Samsung always releases a pro and a non-pro version. The pro is of course better. But don't ask me in what exactly they are better. Performance looks pretty similiar.

The pro usually has a better warranty, and better flash memory in it. They are rated for longer life.
