When people overclock they usually disable turbo boost.  Basically you want to bump up the base clock and stress test using that value.  Stability and heat will be gauged under load.

Turbo boost will normally lower the boost based on the temp, but since you are going to use stress tests to make sure the cpu never goes over a certain temp anyway it becomes pretty much pointless.  Plus you can't adjust at what temp the cpu starts to throttle.  From what I've read Turbo Boost starts throttling at 100C and will continue to lower the clock until the temp has stabilized just under 100C, so basically it will stop throttling once the CPU has settled at 99C.  For most people this temp is way too high, especially for any length of time.

I personally have my computer overclocked so that it never goes above about 85C under full load.

Thank you guys for all the response!

I tried OC to 4.2 GHz with 1.2vcore

the result is amazing!

I was playing GTA V with barely 30fps before OC ing, now I can play smooth 60 fps, I never thought processor matter that much.

Already ran prime for half an hour and playing gta V with only max core temp of 70C. This chip is amazing!
