http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bzVGMpYou can use linus or if you have a old OS laying around. Assuming you have a monitor and a keyboard or mouse of some sort Id like to say this is a pretty good $400 PC. What would you change?

Take out 212 EVO and spend the money on a better GPU on eBay

The intel stock cooler is fine for cpus that won't be overclocked or can't be overclocked. (Which your's can't, so you can remove the 212 evo)

Throw a better GPU in there and it might work pretty decently.

I would:

-Remove 212 Evo

-Get cheaper case or go without

-Get 1TB HDD instead of 500GB as the price for 500GB is crap

-Get 8GB of RAM instead of 4GB

That would leave about $130 to get a used GPU on Ebay, which can get you anything between a 7870/GTX 660 to a 7950/GTX 760 depending on what you can find.
