Has anyone followed those or could suggest me a good one?

I doubt that a game would be any helpful to learn guitar, but I may give it a try, but do I need some kind of special adapter or a 6.3 to 3.5mm is ok to connect it to the pc?

You'd be surprised, I can play a few songs without any issues (A few Black Keys songs, A few White Stripes songs)

 

But yes, you do need a cable, its called the real tone cable although there are "Other" ways.

Yes I think that the game is a very powerful learning tool for beginners. I teaches you exactly how to play, adjusts the difficulty of the song to your playing, and gives you many mini-games that could help you develop speed and such as a bonus

Yes, all of those things are very true.

 

But the most important thing to me is that it makes it fun.

 

Its fun only getting 98% Accuracy on a song and pushing for 100%
