Hello. I have an issue here where my OS won't recognize a certain USB device such as a printer or a sd card reader. It will recognize like my keyboard and my mouse. I connected it to all of my USB ports on my PC and none of the ports have any issues. I have installed the latest chipset drivers for my motherboard from the official website and it didn't solve the problem because I thought it had to do something with the motherboard but, I'm still not sure. I need help and this is the place that I get the most help.  Thank you for reading my problem and I hope this can get fixed as soon as possible.

EDIT: Oh and by the way, my motherboard is a Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z97
