Putting dust filter for push config

To prevent/minimize the buildup of dust in radiators for push configurations, do people simply add filters like these between the fan and radiator?

Not usually, normally they just put the fans on there and clean out the radiator every now and then.

 

You'd have to take the fans off to clean those filters anyways

I put those filters on all my intakes, and I put them in front of everything, be it fan or radiator, so I can pull them off easily and clean them. The ones on my top radiator are on the outside of the case, since they are magnitized. I still get some dust, but my filters get dusty so that means the're working.
