HELP! Steam not work

I am trying to do family sharing with my friend. When I log in to his account I get an error. The password is not Wrong because when it is wrong it has a different error. It is not something wrong with the severs or my set up because I can log in to my account still. My friend is not on the account and I have previously logged in to the account.

You should hid your account name.... and that password inst that long. Just saying lol

1 not my account has nothing on it I do not care.

2 the password is so random when I tried to get in to it before I had the password I was unsuccessful

Its says right there what problem is. Could be just Steam having problems with their services. Tried again later/next day?

I get this error sometimes, close out of steam and retry until it works.
