CPU/Mobo: I chose it because I wanted to do a budget build, and the combo was cheap.

Cooler: Does the job. Couldn't ask for more.

Ram: 2x4gb, 1866, matched the motherboard.

Storage: Picked an SSD, WD Blue, and called it a day.

GPU: Got it for a nice price, more than enough for the games i'll play.

Case: Meant to get it in Black, Microcenter only had white. Either way, I love it. Super easy to build in.

I got the CPU to 4.4ghz @ 1.38v very easily. Just changed some settings, stress tested it, and called it a day. The GPU was very similar, just added 100mhz, making it 1100/6000. In the Valley Benchmark, I would average around 42fps @ 1080p Ultra 4xAA. Now, the overclock from the GPU only netted me around 48 FPS in the Valley Benchmark. However, once I applied the 4.4ghz OC to the 8320e,  I moved all the way up to 55fps.

The build went overall really smooth, and performs great. The 280x kills my old 750ti. Sorry for the pics, took them on my OPO.

Is it for gaming. From that heaven benchmark, I suppose it is.

*Cries internally*

Edit: But for the rest, it looks pretty legit and nice

What?

I honestly would go with air cooling instead 120/140mm Rads offer the same performance as a 212 evo....

Too much for monitors and peripherals...

A Single 1080p monitor is more than enough for 90% of gamers.

At this price point you should just go for a 4690k and a 970 but you decided to throw your money kinda recklessly.

You could have more performance for your money.....

But if you wanted to go all out fanboy onAMD thats your opinion*.

Well, I had all of the peripherals before with my old pc. I didn't edit the price of the Kraken, I got it from my friend for next to nothing. Same with windows. What's the problem with dual monitors? I enjoy being able to play a game and do other things at the same time. I don't think a 4690k/970 is possible with around a $800 budget.

That's how much it was for everything, at different times. it's only there to show how much was spent in total.

Okay, so, I'm going to get a great overclock with the stock cooler right? Also, there's no ssd, a super cheap PSU (Even worse than the one I currently have) a worse case that wont even fit a 212 evo, and the cheapest z97 board.

You said you got the cooler from a friend if you want an SSD just get one now and grab an HDD later or just add the one from your previous build assuming that its not an IDE drive. Also that PSU is better made than the CX series.

EDIT: Also motherboard doesn't affect performance.
