It is a bit unbalanced, save some money on CPU and case and get better GPU or save money for better mouse for CSGO

Looks like a solid build to me OP.

 

However, i'd change the case, i've had one of those in the past, and a mechanical drive causes major vibrations through the frame of the case.

 

Also, i'd say get an EVGA 650W gold PSU, it should be close price-wise, and it's of much better quality.

If I were you I wouldnt get that case. Its really not that good. Neither is that PSU.

The NEX ones are really not that good. You can go with a 550W XFX PSU but I'm a bit worried about the wattage, because the 290 is a power whore.

I'd get the 290. If you can, add like 20/30$ to the budget and buy the EVGA 750W G2. This way you can have a great GPU and still have juice to power it.
