I don't believe any have been announced, and I think it's going to be a real niche thing since USB 3.1 Type C/Type C will probably be used primarily on mobile.

Highly doubt there are any out yet as usb type c is so new, give it a few months and you will probably hear of some.

Considering right now most of the functionality we're seeing on motherboard is via addon card, it might be a bit of a wait. We'll need someone to put something into development with the appropriate headers before case manufacturers will start designing something.

Im curious if any cases have been announced with front USB type C, If not anybody willing to hazard a guess when we will start to see them announced/released?

I've seen none so far, but I'd expect announcements of a few by Q3 and a few to hit the market by Q1 2016.

There is no motherboard that supports USB type C as an Inboard Connector **Im pretty sure** Correct me if I am wrong, but its all external USB 3.1
