Windows background help!

Is there a way to make my background and screen saver a live view of a cmaera in my case? It would also miimize all tabs and bring you to the desktop if something goes wrong. Just an idea I thought of while having dinner. Possible or "crazy stuff"?

stream the camera output to VLC media player and then have VLC play the video directly on the desktop (Video --> Set as Wallpaper).

 

That may work for the background thing, not sure for the screensaver tho, perhaps set it to none in the screensaver option then just be sure to have the desktop up?

The wallpaper and screen saver is possible (not sure how to though lol). The bring to desktop if something goes wrong is hard, but might be possible.

Install Linux, then you can do whatever you like, with ANYTHING in the entire os.

Define "Something goes wrong". You can set several software to alarm when you are reaching high temps on CPU and GPU. Or when HDD is failing. Other than that, you'd need some really special gear to monitor any hardware problems.
