1 Ducky or Filco for crazy solid boards that typically cost a bit more. I'm unsure if any of these have dedicated media keys. The easiest to find 3rd keycaps for and most avid mech fans will swear by these brands for good reason.

2 Corsair for best bang for buck solid quality with dedicated media keys.

3 Coolermaster makes affordable keyboards but from my experience they aren't anywhere near as well built or as reliable as 1 and 2 (except their high end Novatouch)

4 Logitech doesn't make best bang for the buck keyboards anymore :( I use to love them. Now they have cheap or ridiculously expensive.

You didn't specify mechanical or rubber dome. Based on the limited information you've provided the two best choices are Corsair or Coolermaster boards.

Here are two resources you may find helpful.

KB

Switches

If you follow your own topic you will know when someone replies! (Top of page just above 'reply to this topic')

Anyway, if you give us some more meat to your question we may be able to help you out a bit better. What are your preferences when it comes to KB? Would you like back lighting? Mechanical? (Almost essential at this price range) What size do you want or is that not an issue?

But based on the fact you don't want / can't get Corsair I would suggest a Coolermaster Quickfire Rapid-i, Coolermaster storm ultimate, Ducky DK2108, or a Cherry MX-Board 3.0
