If you want good quiet cooling, i'd recommend the likes of a Noctua NH-D15. 

 

AIO coolers aren't the quietest under load.

You didn't list a budget, so there is the nzxt kraken x61, be quiet! dark rock pro 3, phankteks PH-TC14PE, and noctua nh-d15 to give some of the best options.
