Hello guys!

So as you can read, im I busy with a new pc build.

This is my first time building, so please help me out. If there's something I forgot

(maybe even something that isn't right) or things that can't go together, please tell me!

I use this pc for especially gaming (CS:GO, ETS2, Cities:Skyline, G-Mod, etc)

My theme color is black/red

This is what i have in my mind:

Case: Corsair Graphite 780T Black/Red

CPU: Intel core I5-4690

CPU Cooler: The stock one which comes with the CPU.

Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 960

RAM: Hyperx Fury (2x4GB) Red

Hard Drive: WD 1TB

Power Supply: ????

Power supply: how much do I need?

* My budget is max. 1000

thankyou for reading!  :D

Not yet, but is bronze good? There are platinum power supplies too, right?

If you plan to you should probably get a 750 watts one

Yes so as long as it has a 80+ cert it is good!

Honestly speaking the difference in efficiency btwn bronze silver gold plat and titanium is not really all that great.....

Probably a few wattage difference pulled compared to actual wattage used in PC

Is it a bit overkill if i just get it without SLI ?

You think it's better? Also, i have a limit off 1000, and i already have 950.

I could use it in further upgrades though

its usually cheaper than a 960

your next upgrade would probably be a 290x + a 750w or 850w G2

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Which brand, and is it better?

of 280x or 290x?

in either case really the cheaper the better

BUT make sure you dont get a reference cooler

Which brand, and is it better?

XFX and MSI are the best if you might watercool later on

otherwise sapphire and powercolor as well as everyone else is fine

just make sure its not a reference card

and yes its better

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

PSUs are one of the things to be okay with if you go overkill. Heck they are the most efficient when you use them at 50% load!

10 years of warranty to boot :P
