Did you load a custom BIOS?

 

And stable means it wont crash or artifact at 100% load. So if youre saying its stable just because it hasnt crashed at idle, THAT IS NOT "STABLE"

ah valley reports incorrectly , gpuz will record the max correctly however , or riva tuner/afterburner (what I use )
