I have budget of $900 or less. Looking to build a decent comp with a good cpu and gpu. I have 750gb hard drive already. I want to build it for games like tf2 and bioshock. Dont need it for games like battlefield. I need it for video editing also. I would like it to be hackintosh compatible also because i like the video editing software like final cut and imovie, also like using iPhoto.  Thanks for the help. Also i would prefer intel processors(i5 or i7)...

Something like this.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($189.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($19.99 @ Newegg)

Honestly that looks pretty decent. I would make these changes. Since you are video editing, and its in your budget get some better ram more cap and speed.

Patriot - PV316G186C0KRD, though I know ram is getting expensive and it would be rediculous to pay that much IMO. But it should be noted that when I'm editing I use WAY more than 12GB of ram at any given time.

and/or

Upgrade to a 7870XT, 660TI, 670, 760, or 7950. Some decent performs that stick out for the price;

That SSD is VERY pricey.  Get a Samsung 840 or something and get a better GPU like a GTX 760.

Specs: Core I7-2600K @ 4.5GHz @ 1.35V, 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance Black 1600MHz CL9, Cooler Master Evo 212, MSI Z77 Mpower Motherboard, Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 Vapor-X @ 1000/1400, Cooler Master HAF 932 Blue Edition w/ 3 Cougar Hydraulic Bearing 120MM fans (2 up top 1 in the bottom) replaced side panel with a window, and rear fan with a Cougar Hydraulic Bearing 140MM, Cooler Master GX 650 80+ Bronze PSU, Samsung DVD-RW, Samsung 840 Pro 128GB SSD, Seagate 750GB SATA III 7200RPM

Cheaper, and IMO, and based on watching, In Linus' opinion better SSD.

-Note, better (higher amounts and higher speeds) memory will help with your video editing. Get the money from the cheaper SSD, and your surplus (unless shipping eats that), and up it to at least 1600.

That sounds like a decent build. Personally I'd change the SSD though, as I've heard a boatload of bad news on those. Get something cheaper like a Samsung 840. I have one and it performs great for me.
