Latvian Hardware Shops?

Hello, and thanks for reading this already!

 

I'm looking into a build for a friend, which lives in Latvia.

But neither of us know any hardware shops near his location, or shops that ship to there.

Does anyone happen to know any?

As far as I know, Amazon (de or uk) ships to most of europe, but I don't know about Latvia

http://www.1a.lv. They have shop in Lithuania too. Bought couple things from them.
