Before I say anything, my specs:

AMD A10 6800K with IGP enabled.

ASRock FM2A88

Radeon HD 7950 with 15.4 driver (or whatever the GTA5 driver is)

The past day or two my main panel will spontaneously become distorted while in-game. I'll be playing GTA then ask of a sudden I'll see this:

(on mobile, hence lack of BBCode)

First time happened last night, I simply adjusted the plug of the DVI cable going into the monitor which resolved the issue, but it happened again this morning and my fix did nothing. What should I do?

Fix your DVI cable on your computer?

Thanks for the replies. I think I was able to narrow it down to ULPS, in which I re-enabled and I haven't had the issue so far after that. I'll post back if it arises again.

A. Check for Over-heating

B. Make sure the DVI cable is locked in place

C. Make sure the DVI cable isn't being strained

D. Maybe revert back to an older driver

E. Switch to an HDMI out; if your monitor only has DVI in, than use an adapter from Monoprice, or CableMatters.

F. Check your GTA-V Graphics Settings, you could be taxing the GPU way too much

Hope one of these helps!
