Need a quick build

Hey guys

 

I'm looking to build a pc in the coming months with about $1200 on me right now and with the 19th edition NCIX sales I wanna know if there is anything I can pick up.I don't need a GPU but please take into consideration that I want to have a good GPU.The reason I won't be building with a GPU is because there will most likely be a lot of sales with some GPUs due to some releases.So the total budget right now without a GPU is $1200.

 

I live in CANADA

 

The build should have a keyboard and mouse (Cheap),and I will pick up a 1440p monitor that isnt part of the build budget.

Gaming

GTA V max 1440p

alot of AAA games basically

 

software is very simple for me I have 2 gb DDR2 and it is always enough but still 8 GB should be enough

Software like skype and browsing is what I do gaming will be new.

 

How much will the price drop be is it worth the wait?
