Why would you get a monitor that doesn't support HDMI if you want to use an HDMI cable?

You can temporarily overclock your monitor with HDMI but I seriously only recommend this temporarily as I destroyed a HDMI (only because it was cheap others will last longer) by doing it.

Only do this while waiting to buy a dual link DVI.

Don't go above 120Hz as HDMI just flat up refuses but 120Hz seems fine.

em i does so

Im not oc my monito i wanna keep it longer than 1year like 5yrs

Well im doin 144hz

If you OC your monitor to 75 Hz, it will still run longer than at 144Hz, your version of HDMI does not support 144 Hz.

My current build - Ever Changing.

Number 1 On LTT LGA 1150 CPU Cinebench R15
