Does 2 cards make a difference

My current card, an R7 260x with 2gb of vram has a hard time running games on a 3 monitor computer. When I turn my CSGO graphics on high I get studdering due to lack of vram. I have another card that has 1gb of vram that if I were to put that in with the R7 and put 2 monitors on the R7 and 1 on the other one, would that improve performance in games?

I don't believe it works like that, no.

Multi GPU setups don't work like that, lowering texture quality and AA will help reduce VRAM usage. Best thing to do is to either stop playing on 3 displays or get a more powerful GPU with more VRAM.

no crossfire doesn't give you extra vram when you crossfire nor sli it only gives you more fps so if you where to connect a other r7 with 1gb to the r7 2gb also what would happen is the r7 with 2gb would go down to 1 gb

you need to crossfire if you want to use them crossfire is that you connect the gpu to your other gpu
