So, im getting a new CPU and GPU, my curret specs are:

 

Intel Core i5 4460

 

Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 (OEM)

 

8GB DDR3 Ram

 

1TB Seagate 7200rpm

 

Im upgrading to a GTX 970.

 

Im looking for a nice CPU to go with it, any ideas? I was looking to spend around 200-350 USD. CPU socket LGA1150/H3

Also: Will a 500W psu be sufficient?
