Good Fm2+ CPU for overclocking?

I want to invest in a new CPU that I can harness thy H100i to do some wicked overclocking. Any suggestions?

 

Please don't suggest APUs, I'm running a dedicated GPU.

AMD Athlon 860K

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Irony is that the 860k is an APU with the gpu cores disabled.

 

Nonetheless, the 860k is a beast for the price.  It gets very hot though so just watch those temps.
