8GB here, so not me - but what I would like to say is: My friend has a hard drive and slower internet than me, yet he loads in quicker than my SSD and 40/10 internet

CPU: I7 4790K(4.6@1.252v)                               Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Windowed(Black)           Cooler: CM 212 EVO + NF F12 iPPC

RAM: HyperX Fury 1600MHZ CL10 2x4GB      Storage: Samsung 850 EVO(250GB) + WD Red(2TB)      PSU: Corsair RM750 (and no, it hasn't blown up!)

MoBo: Asus Maximus VII Ranger                      Graphics: MSI GTX 970 TwinFrozr (1494MHZ Core)       OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

As someone posted below LTT have done more ram, Someone surley must have some server grade equipment laying around :D

Defrag, also depends on the host of the session.

Why would you? The game loads incredibly fast on RAID 0 SSDs.

I don't have any SSDs :((((

You're more than welcome to mail me some and I'll vouch for ya ;) (jks)

YES!

I agree!

Because...several times the bandwidth...

If Edzel's workstation still has 128GB of RAM, we should get LTT to try it.

This would be a cool video :D

Even some benchmarks would be awesome

But it would make virtually no difference...

b...b...b...but science?

Yes you would, In-practical but a video showing it off would be sweet!

Lol someone who has 64gb laying around has a bugatti and is probably not at home right now.

and probably does't play GTA :((((((((((

It would be only for testing purposes, and it would be nice to see the results.

The stars died for you to be here today.

I for one would like to see someone test this, I guess for curiosity and what not. I'd like to see the difference vs a ssd or raid0 ssds, then a personal take on the experience. I don't expect it to be all that great and it's not practical by any means, but does that really matter?

GTA V doesn't take long to load on a SSD anyway.  GTA Online however, loads like a mofo, and it's not due to storage loading, it's just the game doing who knows what that takes a freakin age to load.
