I am preparing to start my first build, but I wanted to get a look over on the parts I'm thinking about ordering to make sure there's no bottlenecking or any other issues like that.  I plan to use this build to game and video editing. I will also do a custom water cooling loop and overclock to 4.5-4.6 GHz. So here is the parts list:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87 1150 mATX

CPU: Intel core i7 4770K

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB DDR5

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2133MHz

Power: Cooler Master Silent Pro M 1000W

Chassis: Corsair Vengeance Series Black C70 Mid Tower Case

Optical Drive: Asus Internal 24X SATA

Hard Drive: Samsung 840 Series 120GB SSD

Also going to have two SanDisk 64GB SSD in a RAID 0 to allow for fast write speeds when using FRAPS.

My watercooling loop is going to use 2 Black Ice GT Stealth 240 rads hooked up to both the graphics card and the CPU.

that power supply is way overkill a 650w or 750w would be a much better. Why do you want an atx case and then put an m-atx motherboard in it? Do you plan to have a standard hdd?

The psu is overkill. Any decent 600-650w will be plenty.

Any ram speeds above 1600 won't help unless you're doing heavy rendering.

You won't need 2 ssds in raid 0 to use fraps unless you're recording in 4k. Even a WD Green drive would be fine for that. Just get dedicated 1TB WD caviar blue or seagate barracuda for that.

Btw, what's your budget?

I do not know the thickness on the radiators. As far as silence goes, I'd like it to be pretty silent but I have Astro A40s so I couldn't hear it running anyway.  I'm using the small ssds because I've personally seen the difference with one of my friends builds and the fps with a raid 0 config is so much better than with a conventional hard drive.  Budget is 2500-3000

any ssd would be better than a normal hdd. I meant a normal hdd as in holding your steam library. Also does this budget also include monitor, keyboard, mouse or just the computer itself.

I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending the watercooling stuff but, left plenty to go for a loop. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1gsgp
