400w might run your oven, not your PC. I would recommend somewhere north of 550w, probably even 600w. I would also get a 'K' CPU with a ZX7 motherboard and a CPU cooler. I would get a 290 instead of a 760, they're the same price most places and have huge differences. Other than that, its good.

Get a PSU With more watts all that liquid cooling gonna suck juice

Also is it a 4790K or a 4790 theres no point of getting liquid cooling if your not gonna get a overclocking cpu

Sorry its a 500W 80 +! what about a Noctua NH- D12? and i just want it to be cool as i live in south africa haha

You can't even OC the 4790 so why would you get a liquid cooler? Here, tell you what, gimme your budget and where you live/ what currency. I'll make you a better build.

i just want it cool as i live in south africa, and i have checked around there is no where really cheaper to be honest.

CPU haha

So from what I have gathered, there is a CPU+MOBO combo, you own a 760, and you are buying the rest? Or do you already own some other parts?

It looks good besides a few things, but I like the direction you are heading!

I would change the liquid cooler to an air cooler like other people mentioned before. Also, you're gonna need a way better PSU than that. Your graphics card will take up most of that power by itself, and you're only being guaranteed that 80% of that or more will be used.

I would go with this 750 watt PSU: http://www.microcenter.com/product/406089/CX_Series_CX750M_750_Watt_ATX_Modular_Power_Supply

Also, if you have the budget, I would personally stick a 970 in there. That's just my opinion though.

Happy Gaming! :)
