Probably not, but it is all probability. It also depends on waht your cooler and motherboard are.

Because in order to achieve 5GHz you'll need a liquid cooling.

Meh, you can probably get a bit over 4ghz, but nothing extreme. The 8320s are the second lowest binned of amd 8 cores.

You would have better results with a 8350 but you might want to consider a 240mm or 280mm CPU cooler

Thats a decent pairing.  You should be able to get 4.5Ghz assuming your chip cooperates.  It all comes down to silicon lottery.  Thing with these FX processors is they are all the same architecture, so they "bin" them to fit within certain SKUs.  While I do recommend getting the least expensive FX8, getting an awesome overclock is not guaranteed because these least expensive ones are often the lowest binned.  Silicon lottery, you never know.  The main thing is you do have a good enough motherboard and cooling to attempt a robust OC.

With an good custom loop or mineral oil cooling easy, seeing many FX 8 core chips running over 5 GHz that way, but is it really worth it ? Cheaper to go with 4790K and wrecking any AMD 8 core at just 4 GHz.

Mine goes 4.7 v1.40 with some you can get a bit more but don't worth it. Even with 1.5 vcore not stable. And i have a good one.

Good luck VRM temps are likely to get very high and cause it throttle. Personally Id shoot for 4.3-4.7 and be done there's really not much to gain other than heat at that point.
