Is this reasonable? I may have a potential buyer for my previous graphics card setup. I haven't been keeping tabs on the used market-- add to that the release of the 970 which has severely depreciated the value of the 780.

I know I will lose money; that's a foregone conclusion, but I also don't want to rip the buyer off (friend) and I would like to get the most I reasonably can.

SLI 780's...  those beat a 980 single GPU.... why sell?

You should wait for the 980 ti....seriously... or AMD's 390X.

Sell each card separately for $250 or close to that. On ebay they are still going for $220+.

They have dropped quick. I paid $237 for the GTX 770 4 Gb and I was looking at the time for the GTX 780 or 780ti and they were way too much.

But now...dang I'd snap up the 780ti. Now going to....but I would....

It depends in the UK I could get 2 gainward 780's preowned for roughly $330 but 2 twin frozr for $520

So depends how much they want to spend on two reference cards, I'd say it was a fair deal.

Edit: didn't read properly lol
