best program to test overclock

So I overclocked my 4690k to 4.4ghz wanna make sure everything is running fine and cool under pressure whats the best stress test program

The best program is multiple programs , the more , the better . Start With AIDA64 mainly . Then run some games , and check for temps

I personally have a strong dislike for programs like that.

I just read your system specs one of the biggest bottlenecks I've seen you REALLY should buy a new Cpu can you even play far cry 4?

Apparently the Pentium can run FC4 with a mod. I don't have it though, I don't like FC at all.

AIDA64 is a good choice. Just grab the one week trial if you don't want to pay for it.

It won't give you a 100% certainty though, that will come with general usage.
