Can software cause a blue screen?

Kev1

I already have the latest driver however they have release a fresh new software because last week I check and I was up to date so the new software is installed ... nope... I just got another blue screen :(

It may be a bug with the software. It only happens when using the macro for closing a browser, correct?

Do other macros cause blue screens?

actually I just remark that it's not only when using the macro to close but also when I close the tab by the little X which I never tried before because it's non intuitive...so I was thinking that it's not the mice software. To double check I kill all process from my mice and close hundred and hundred tab, but no blue screen yet when those process are kill

Interesting. Unfortunately, it seems like the problem cannot be fixed as it is outside the scope of what we can do.

It will be up to madcatz to fix the bug with their software.

yeah unfortunately I already try this was my first attempt to correct the problem since it was the moment i get the mice the problem started, but they never found what it was. I rather like that it was asus's problem because there customer service is so incredible... the problem would be fixed in matter of hours of corresponding :) <3 ASUS

by the Way Thanks @ionbasa for the time you're a great guy
