What does this mean?

Go to solution Solved by MrYuriy,

it means that 32bit OSes cant use more than 4gb ram

32-bit OS can only address a total of 4GB RAM, INCLUDING VRAM.  So just install a 64-bit OS.

That, and that.

That's all it means. 32-bit doesn't support over 4GB. Not just a Gigabyte spec.

* Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.

This line is in every Gigabyte motherboard's specs in the Gigabyte website. Does this mean that I can not install 64-bit on any of the motherboards?

Windows will do it's own thing, but I believe it will prioritise system RAM over VRAM.  No idea why you want a 32-bit OS though.

You can install more than 4 gb of ram, but it will be a pointless waste of money as the operating system will not utilize it. Always install 64 bit OS in this day and age.
