it means that 32bit OSes cant use more than 4gb ram
32-bit OS can only address a total of 4GB RAM, INCLUDING VRAM. So just install a 64-bit OS.
That, and that.
That's all it means. 32-bit doesn't support over 4GB. Not just a Gigabyte spec.
