So, I got my new build, everything but a good GPU. I am trying to twitch stream with a i7-4790k. However, I was streaming fine for a day or two, then suddenly, getting 50%+ dropped framerates on OBS and constant disconnects on Steam Broadcast... What could be causing this... My CPU isn't over heating, it's far from over heating, doesn't even reach over 60 C ever.

Um...

Why are you using a 4790k with a HD 4750?

Is your internet connection working as it was when everything was working fine?

I do not have the cash to afford a better gpu as of yet. I plan on getting a GTX 980.

And yeah, I don't seem to have any problems with my internet. 4.2mb/s upload.

The server you are streaming to can also cause dropped frames.  If the server is overloaded, your upload gets rejected resulting in dropped frames.  I just switch to a server in a different state/region and usually it's fixed.

I've switched servers multiple times, and it's the same story for a few days now... I stream for a few seconds, and then suddenly all frames are being dropped. CPU is not stressed at all, not even over 50% usage on any core. And never gets above 60 C ever. I'm not really sure what is going on... I can't even Steam Broadcast without people getting disconnected.
