I am getting sick and fucking tired of this program. Anyways, long story short, I have reinstalled it, removed data and imported it again, run it in compatibility mode, run it as admin (it does that ATM), and still nothing. Video of problem is below.

She's done that twice. Their help is fucking useless. This time they sent her docs on how to unlink the tree.

 

Can't you just put it in a virtual machine.

I could, but it's way too much trouble. I'd have to configure WAY too much shit.

What windows version?

7 Home Premium SP1 x64. Same exact OS as what was on her computer before I wiped it clean but this time without bloatware. And before it worked fine, but it was slow as hell (like the rest of the computer).
