Finding headphone for electric drum kit

Ive recently bought the roland v-drum. I enjoy playing it with the amplifier, but if im playing it at night a pair of headphones will be better instead of turning the volume of the amp down. So can anyone recommend a pair of headphone thats about $150 (+-20).

Also i prefer closed headphone.

shure srh-840's are close to your price range.

I see a lot of people using the DT770's for making music, however, they are very base heavy. 

If you want something neutral i'd say +1 on the SRH-840's

The Brainwavz HM5 are pretty nice at that price as well as being very neutral, very large though. The Shure 840 would also be a good option as t0wer says.
