The K|NGP|N is only the "best" if you use it correctly (ie., on a open test bench with crazy cooling on it). It has the potential to be the fastest 980, but best; no.

 

Otherwise, Galaxy HOF and EVGA Classified cards are excellent. For the money, I am particularly fond of the Gigabyte G1 card; the true best one in my opinion.
