I received 2 GTX 760s from a friend for $250. But they turned out to be Dell variations and they both had 1.5GB of memory and an 800Mhz clock speed. Completely worthless. I want to sell both of them on eBay for maybe a 960 4GB Version... or something to that effect. How much do you guys think I could get for them?

What?  Return them to your friend, he lied to you.

If you can't return them to your friend, then that you could get around 150-200 for each

I can't refund it from him and he didn't know... and apparently the person that he got them from didn't know either... and apparently the other person that HE got them from didn't know either. :l
