Does it support a single 120 rad? H55-h90

Does it support only big ass air coolers? Dark rock pro 3

Does it support only smaller CPU coolers? Cm212evo

Dies it support only low profile coolers? FuckIfIKnow Brand CPU cooler.

You PSU is overkill, and although you said no complaining about GPU, 4690K and 970 will be MUCH better IMO ;) You can also get cheaper RAM

I would also consider better case as well.

I am planning on getting a better case, the PSU is for future upgrading to a possible 290X which would take up like 500W, the ram I think might have been on sale so it might have been cheaper (the psu was on sale)

I got an H80 at Fry's for 30 bucks... it works well, got my 3770k to 4.5Ghz stable...
