L+ooks like the +Office logo.

What does this logo mean? The computer says windows 8, but the start menu logo button looks like some weird logo I've never seen before!

Black and green build, I call it "Murphy". - CPU: Intel i5 4690k at 3.5 GHz - GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 980 Ti - Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X SOC Force - RAM: 8GB 1866 MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro (gold) - PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 B2 - Storage: 240GB Corsair Force LE SSD & 1TB Western Digital Black HDD - Case: Corsair Carbide 300r - Lighting: 2 green Logisys LED sticks (currently removed)

It represents you opening you wallet, your money taking wings, and flying away freely out the window.....Until it sees mr gates with an awfully big bug catcher net, and a cheesy grin on his face.

P.S. It would help if you included an image of the aforementioned logo.

Nevermind, I'm not on my computer at the moment, so j couldn't post pictures to a topic on mobile devices. If you understand what I'm saying, it's 4 white boxes with the to left being larger the. The rest, and just an outline. Kind of like this: (top row):

Its the new Windows logo....

I'd say it represents Metro UI styling as modern way to express the sole purpose of the OS. Using windows instead of command line.
