You can't repair a pixel yourself

RMA it. If its brand new, just see if you can exchange it. Not worth voiding the warrenty just to try and fix it IMO.

 

monitors usually have a dead pixel policy which requires a minimum of 5 dead pixels or 3 dead pixels in one spot to qualify for an RMA

every company is different, but since AOC is one of the cheaper asian brand I highly doubt they will let you return it for a single pixel

it removed a dead pixel from my monitor, and it doesn't void your warranty so try: http://www.jscreenfix.com/

it talks about how they are noticeable when the screen cuts to black and i think it may solve your problem

a stuck pixel is not the same as a dead pixel

I'm going to try this on the stuck pixel on Mon4. I've tried the other methods of fixing a stuck pixel but they didn't last long. 

will update in 10 mins.
