Unless you need M.2 for the space savings, I wouldn't bother if you aren't going to get something like the Samsung SM951 which is significantly faster than Sata based drives.

 

You'll also want to check if the drives are PCIe based or Sata based. That motherboard only works with PCIe based M.2 drives.

So pretty much its an all or nothing thing. I've looked at the predetor by hyperX but its out of my budget.
