I don't know if it's against the rules to talk about 'cracking' but if I crack Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin, and create a build/finish my character, will I keep it for when I get the real game or will i not since im not using steam?

 

Im asking because i dont have the money atm or ill wait until it goes on sale. Im also not sure if ill get it since i have it on the 360, might not be worth it.

 

We dont really discuss anything related to piracy here, its against CoC

 

Also, I would imagine if you copy your save game and copy it into the steam directory it would work just fine

Cracking in a sense is included in piracy so it's not allowed here.

 

But to answer your question, probably no. Never had a 360(no regretss) just a ps3

dark souls no idea maybe not because of the online functionality but some other games id done that and it worked

Oh right yeah no I dont think you can, I thought he meant, cracking the PC version now , playing it, and buy it down the line and using his save - if so that should be fine

 

But I would just save for the game and buy it, and not contribute to piracy numbers
