i am trying set up raid 0 on a f2a75-d3h but i dont know how to do it can some one help me

You have to access BIOS to do that. Change the controller to RAID instead of ACHI or something like that.

i did change it and then what do i do

Then when booting up, they will tell you what to press to enable / configure RAID 0. Mine is Ctrl + I(capital i not 1) or something like that. Can't really remember. Sorry. I believed if you google "How to RAID 0" you could get the whole thing.

Hey alexkiller74,

Your motherboard does support RAID0 alongside with RAID1, RAID10 and JBOD. Here are the specs of your motherboard: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4363#sp

You can set up RAID0 in two ways. If you want to boot from it, you have to go to BIOS and configure the settings from AHCI/IDE to RAID mode. Also you can check online for some guides on how to proceed with that by looking up your BIOS and its settings.
If you don't plan on booting from the RAID array, you can set it up from disk management by selecting two or more drives and striping them.

Do have in mind that whichever way you do it, the drives in the array will be formatted and you would lose everything on them, so make sure you have a backup. Also RAID0 increases the chances of data loss so make sure you have backups of your important data. :)

If this helped you, like and choose it as best answer - you might help someone else with the same issue. ^_^
